Neil Marshall’s next will be a WWII alien invasion film

Neil Marshall has given us a couple of great films (The Descent and Dog Soldiers), and even in his weaker efforts (Doomsday and Centurion), there’s still plenty fun to be had. While at the Jameson Empire Awards, Marshall broke the news that he is writing a new and original film, which will feature an alien invasion during WWII. Even though he is wrapping up Burst 3D, he jokingly claims he’s “chasing 12 different projects now“, but who doesn’t dig Nazis, aliens, and Neil Marshall?

Don’t expect a lot of updates right now, as a treatment is being worked on, but we’ll take an original project any day.
