NBC decides to give Wonder Woman a chance

A few days ago we brought you a story about a new Wonder Woman series (here) and how it had yet to find a home. Well it seems NBC who originally passed on the show have now actually picked it up. So it seems this coming fall we may get to see Wonder Woman back in a live action tv series again.

The report said that NBC originally passed on it, however “that was before the new regime was officially in place in light of the impending Comcast takeover. Robert Greenblatt is now spearheading primetime as chairman.

The main issue apparently holding anyone back from picking up the series is the budget, however sources say that this spin isn’t campy and a serious take on the character. I guess it wont be long till casting is underway and we’ll find out just who will play the title role.
