Morgan Freeman talks The Dark Knight Rises

Production on Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises is gearing up and as each actor is out promoting their latest film, like Morgan Freeman on the new documentary Born to be Wild, the final Batman film gets brought up. Face it: Every fan is excited and all of the actors are too, but they’re not going to drop a big bombshell news item unless Nolan says so.

Still, it’s always nice to hear about the film, and here’s what Freeman said to Coming Soon: “The most exciting thing about it is watching the openings, I’m telling you. Doing it, it’s fun to work with Chris Nolan. He’s really a terrific writer, a terrific director. One of those highlights of your career. [On what Lucious Fox will be doing in the film] Oh, yeah – really good stuff.”

Teasin’, but look for the film July 20th, 2012.
