Lady Deathstrike to return in The Wolverine?
Interesting rumor, and a rumor at that, is that on the IMDb page for James Mangold’s The Wolverine starring Hugh Jackman, is that Kelly Hu is returning as Lady Deathstrike, reprising her character from X2: X-Men United. While her character of Yuriko Oyama was brainwashed by Stryker in that film, her scene were the highlight of the action sequences, but fans wished for a little more connection between Yuiko and Logan/Wolverine, like in the comics.
Maybe we’ll get our chance to see this? No word officially, but we do know the plot will be set in Japan, as made popular by the late 80s Wolverine comics, and Yuriko is Japanese by nature prior to her stint with the Weapon X Program.
