What has been the biggest issue conerning WB’s live-action Akira, no Asians being cast in the film. Well, Twitch is hearing that Ken Watanabe is being offered the role of The Colonel in Jaume Collet-Serra’s film. Gary Oldman was originally on the studio’s radar for the role, but decline for unknown reasons.
