Info on the secret Avengers trailer
Even though Joss Whedon’s The Avengers doesn’t assemble in theaters until Summer 2012, Marvel has shot a secret teaser trailer that will be shown in front of either Thor or Captain America: The First Avenger. Aintitcool has a scoop that the trailer features Loki (here) from Thor summoning the Cosmic Cube to seek help from the invading Skrulls (here).
Much of this is unconfirmed but besides Aintitcool, Latino Review, and /Film are pretty certain. It’s interesting that the films besides being connected are merging towards the fantastical rather than the realism once displayed in Iron Man. What awesomeness does Whedon have up his sleeve? We cannot wait.
I hope the rumor about Loki and The Skrulls is true. I was hoping for something more than just him controllin Hulk.
