Hellbound to Blu-ray

Image Entertainment has set a September 6th release date for Clive Barker’s Hellbound: Hellrasier II for its first ever HD release. No extras have been announced, although fans certainly hope the Anchor Bay 20th Anniversary DVD extras will be ported over that included an audio commentary and some good featurettes.

The film is sometimes considered a superior film to Barker’s 1988 original. Picking up after the events in the first film, Kristy Cotton finds herself tormented by the Cenobites once more in a mental institution.
