Halloween 3D in 2013

While it’s rather a mystery as to why Dimension Films would want to continue the Halloween franchise after Rob Zombie more or less killed it, the studio is content on making Halloween 3D. But the film has now reportedly been delayed until next year. No specific date was given, but we can assume it to be in October. The film was originally set to be released this year, but that’s no longer the case. The studio has just now begun pre-production on the film. No word on who’s directing this time around, but Rob Zombie has said in interviews before that he doesn’t intend to direct again. However, it’s uncertain if that’s still the case.
