Gordon-Levitt confirmed for The Dark Knight Rises, as is Juno Temple

Filming on The Dark Knight Rises is set to begin very soon, and we get a confirmed answer that Joseph Gordon-Levitt (here) is in the film, after some speculation (here). But as who?

The source is leaning towards Deadshot, a character that is the antithesis of Batman, in which he uses guns to kill – much like the copycats in The Dark Knight. This is the first that the character has been mentioned, as Levitt’s been rumored to play everyone from Alberto Falcone to The Riddler to the Black Mask.

Also, Juno Temple (Atonement, Greenberg) is cast as a “street smart woman” for the film, aiming for its July 2oth release. Interesting. Thoughts?
