  1. I had no interest in this movie from the first trailer, but after seeing this one, holy crap, I can’t wait for this!

Always liked Kyle Chandler, ever since CBS’s Early Edition and he’s also great on ABC’s short lived drama Homefront.

Ditto for the FNL tv series.

Hated that he was killed off early in Peter Berg’s The Kingdom.

And didn’t have more of a bigger role in Peter Jackson’s King Kong. Jack Black’s camera time should’ve went to him.

lad that he’s the male lead here, criminally underrated actor.

And yes B. Giggles, it does looks quite good.

EARLY EDITION was a favorite of mine. I agree 100% with your KING KONG statement.

    Horrorchic Reply:

Jack Black was annoying as hell in King Kong.

    Terrible casting…

  2. This looks amazing.

  3. I love Abrams’ stuff, but he needs to restrain himself from over using lens flares like he did in STAR TREK. It is apparent from this trailer that they are back.

Either way, this looks like old school Spielberg!

    Matt Keith Reply:

I thought the lens flares were effective in Star Trek.

And yes, this trailer was great.

  4. Looks good. It’s the type of film Spielberg should be doing and Abrams should be giving us Star Trek 2 this year. :/ Hopefully the creature isn’t a let down.
