First set pics from Neill Blomkamp’s Elysium

Director Neill Blomkamp’s District 9 follow-up is currently shooting and here are some of the first set pics of Elysium, starring Matt Damon…a bald, Matt Damon.

It’s hard to tell what the heck we’re seeing, since the film has been kept secret plot-wise. Besides Matt Damon, the film also stars Sharlto Copley, Sonia Braga, Diego Luna, and William Fichtner. Elysium opens March 1st, 2013.
