Exclusive: Official trailer for Showgirls 2: Penny’s From Heaven
All these years later, and fans still enjoy to love/hate on Paul Verhoeven’s 1996 film Showgirls. I even got in the act by doing a retrospective on it with actress Rena Riffel (here). Well, Rena contacted Killer Film to let us know that the sequel is finished, and we can now show you the official trailer!
Also, the film is going to premiere on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 – 9:30PM at the Art Theatre in Long Beach, California.
Sixteen years after Paul Verhoeven unleashed his famous – and infamous – SHOWGIRLS onto the world, actress Rena Riffel takes us back to the scandalous world of Las Vegas to answer the question: Whatever happened to Penny?
