Eric Roth to write Cleopatra:A Life for Sony
Sony’s ambition to bring Cleopatra to the bring screen seems to have been forgotten in the minds of many ever since James Cameron dropped the project several months ago. But Sony is still keen on making the film with Angelina Jolie attached to star in the lead. Variety is now reporting that Eric Roth is currently in negotiations to pen the script for Sony. The film will be told from a woman’s perspective about her life.
