Drive Angry 3D announced for Blu-ray/DVD

Summit Entertainment has just announced the home release of one of 2011′s first box office bombs, the grindhouse-inspired Drive Angry 3D for 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray, and DVD for May 31st.

This will be Summit’s first 3D Blu-ray release (DVD won’t have this option), something that should be awesome. While it failed at finding an audience, those that did see it, loved it, like us here on Killer Film (read the review here).

Here’s the extras:

* Audio commentary with filmmakers Patrick Lussier and Todd Farmer

* Access: Drive Angry – activate dynamic “scene specific” features including interviews with cast and filmmakers, track the body count in Milton’s Mayhem, and more

* Deleted scenes with filmmaker commentary

No cover art yet has been released, but we will keep you informed.
